Our shooters dominated at the European Shotgun Championship

Our shooters brought a total of 10 medals from this year's European Championship held in Lonat, Italy.

The first success was achieved by Danka Barteková, who defended last year's title and became the European Champion 2019 in the Skeet discipline. In the team competition, Danka, together with the Slovak shooting team, won a silver medal.

Barbora Šumová also celebrated two great successes at this year's championship. In the individual competition she finished at the third place, which also secured her a Quota place for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

A sensational result was also achieved by Jakub Tomeček, who became a double European champion in the Skeet discipline, when he dominated the individual competition and then, together with our shooters Tomáš Nýdrle and Jaroslav Lang, defended last year's title in the team competition.

The list of medal achievements is then completed by junior shooters Daniel Korčák, Josef Stránský and Radek Prokop, who won team gold in the Skeetteam competition.
